The challenge

A bespoke womenswear designer relied almost entirely on referrals and walk-ins. Her Instagram had followers but generated few real enquiries, and orders dropped sharply outside wedding season.

What we did

  • Rebuilt her Instagram bio and Highlights into a clear, one-tap path to order on WhatsApp.
  • Introduced a fixed weekly content rhythm — three Reels a week showing fabric, fittings, and finished looks.
  • Set up WhatsApp Business with a catalogue, instant greeting, and quick replies for price, timeline, and delivery.
