A bespoke womenswear designer relied almost entirely on referrals and walk-ins. Her Instagram had followers but generated few real enquiries, and orders dropped sharply outside wedding season.
What we did
- Rebuilt her Instagram bio and Highlights into a clear, one-tap path to order on WhatsApp.
- Introduced a fixed weekly content rhythm — three Reels a week showing fabric, fittings, and finished looks.
- Set up WhatsApp Business with a catalogue, instant greeting, and quick replies for price, timeline, and delivery.
- Ran a tightly targeted Meta 'messages' campaign aimed at women 25–40 in Ibadan, Lagos, and the diaspora.
